We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Section Manager (Food) to oversee and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end process and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in controlling effectively the fresh food department ensuring the achievement of sales.
- Gross margin and net profit against budget.
- Managing and controlling the stock levels of perishable food items.
- Responsible for effective negotiations with suppliers to maximize sales, budgeted gross margins and profit, and obtain the most advantageous buying prices.
- Making sure the seasonal products are available to meet selling potentials and profits.
- Marketing and promotions.
- Minimising food waste.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in management, logistics, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges and unexpected issues.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with management software, and other relevant technology.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
